The governing principles of a T.O.P.championship program reflect the goals, convictions, personality and the vision of itsleaders. In a winning basketball program it isessential to know where the head coach standsin regards to academics, discipline and actualbasketball performance in order for athletes toknow exactly what is expected of them. In myprogram, key elements to creating a positiveenvironment include preparation, organization, enthusiasm, commitment, positivecommunication and evaluation. These qualitiesare consistent throughout my philosophy andare my strongest attributes as a professional.
